Our unfurnished homes will come with: washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave (unless otherwise stated in individual listing).

Only a few will allow pets - so please inquire first.

Each property will have security deposit equal to one month rent and $250 cleaning deposit which are 100% refundable.  There is an $50.00 administration fee that is  nonrefundable.

In most properties the utilities must be turned on in the tenants name and reimburse owner for water usage.  (unless otherwise noted)
