All furnished rentals will be completely furnished as to walk in and relax.  Washers and dryers are in all furnished rentals. Linda always says that the only thing you need is maybe your favorite pillow and golf clubs.  Our owners have quarterly landscaping done and the tenant is asked to only pick up any fruit that falls from the citrus trees and debris that comes into the yard/driveway.  We have maintenance people on staff that usually respond within 24 hours to any maintenance issues.  All of our properties are professionally cleaned prior to move-in and all tenants have the opportunity to have our staff do the cleaning upon move-out. 

We do not rent our furnished properties for less than 1 month increments.  We can usually offer a discounted monthly rate for off season rentals or rentals for more than 4 months. 

Check the property details on the utility charges. High speed internet and long distance phone calls are the responsibility of the tenant. 

All of our tenants have access to the various clubs, golf courses and recreation centers at residents rates with the purchase of a recreation card.  Fees for rec cards are $60 per month per person in Sun City West and $125.00 per person for the term of the lease in Sun City Grand.

We only have a couple properties that will allow pets so be sure to check.  All pet properties will have a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

All properties will have a security deposit of $800 and cleaning deposit of $250 which are 100% refundable.  We have an administration fee of $50.00 that is nonrefundable.
